Vanguard investment website on safari does not recognise the device

I use Vanguard all the time. Sometimes it needs to send security code and other times no. Also depends how many times you log in in a period of time

Since about mid May '22, Vanguard has sent a text every time I log in (Safari 15.2, and I always check "remember this device"). I've had Vanguard for years and this is new.

Works fine here on Safari Version 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8) and Monterey 12.4 without an fiddling with Safari Security Setting or Website tab changes

Last week updated to 12.4 and Safari 15.5 and no security texts yet so maybe this is an improvement.
