I have 2 Apple phones, one with an English SIM and one with a Spanish. I have copied my contacts from the original English phone and now would like to keep the addresses separate. i.e the Spanish contacts on the Spanish phone and vice versa.

if you go into settings-><your account>->icloud and uncheck contacts from the list of data it keeps in the icloud

then there would be nothing interfering with the contact of the two devices contact list
