2015 Macbook (A1398) to docking station used by 2020 Macbook Pro (A2251)

I have a 2020 13" Macbook Pro (A2251) which connects to a docking station via USB-C / Thunderbolt 3. The docking station has two monitors, a keyboard and a mouse. I would like to connect a 2015 Macbook (A1398) to the same docking station so that I could use the monitors, keyboard and mouse. Is there an adapter / dongle that would allow the 2015 Macbook to connect via USB-C? I don't care if it isn't able to power the macbook.

I forgot to specify, I am not trying to connect the two laptops at the same time. I would just like to easily unplug the 2020 macbook, and plug in the older 2015 macbook.
