how may i restart my apple watch if i am locked out from too many password attempts and do not have the password or iphone with it

how may i reset my apple watch after too many password attempts if using the button method to erase all info is not working

Reset your passcode here.


Or;

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
