Yes - but only when connected to a Magic Keyboard for iPad.
The Magic Keyboard has a USB-C connector in the spine of the keyboard - which is intended for connection to the iPad Power Adapter. Power is then delivered to the iPad, when connected to the Magic Keyboard, via the Smart Connector.
