Hi galina65,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with locating your AirPods due to the volume of the alert. We'd like to help.

When playing a sound through the Find My app, the volume of the alert is not able to be adjusted. For AirPods, it does appear that the sound will increase as you're looking for the item. Find your lost AirPods

Play a sound on your AirPods

If your AirPods are near any of your Apple devices and connected to Bluetooth, you can play a sound to help you find them from iCloud.com or the Find My app:

1. Open the Find My app.
2. Select the Devices tab.
3. Choose your AirPods from the list.
4. Tap Play Sound to play a sound that gets louder gradually.

If you're still unable to hear the sound, after the sound gets louder, you can leave Product Feedback about that to see if that can be updated in the future.

Hope that helps.

Cheers!
