If you have no add-on VPN app and no add-on “security” apps installed, and have deleted and restarted and re-loaded the Facebook app, and your Facebook access problems persist, then contact Facebook Support.
If you have Screen Time enabled, disable that entirely.
It is entirely possible for Facebook to block access to Facebook services from anyone that they want to block. Nobody other than Facebook can address that block, and—if you are blocked—you will need to appeal to Facebook to request access be returned.
Nobody here can help you with this access issue, past suggesting fixes for some common problems, and a re-download of the app, all of which are discussed above.
