Can you connect and use/ control an iPad through a ViewSonic touch screen monitor?

Has any new IpadOS integrated touch screen compatibility? I need to get a 40-43" touch screen monitor to use as an interactive display for customers at my showroom, unfortunately, all the apps for estimates, design textures, and document processing are tied to apps built off of IOS and it would be too costly and time-consuming to switch everything to a different OS. I am currently looking at getting a viewsonic ifp4320.

No, you can't use a touchscreen monitor to control an iPad.
