Unable to pair my Apple Watch with my iPhone.

During the pairing process, it's said to update your iwatch, firstly update your iPhone, although my iPhone is updated to the latest version, I can't proceed from there.

Please, could anyone give any advice?

Did you just buy this watch from someone?,it sounds like the watch is still paired to another phone.
