Request to provide bill for my iPhone 7 plus
My cousin perches iPhone and after 2 year he gives me but that time my iPhone is looked and he lost original bill so please help me for regarding my iPhone bill and iCloud locked ??????

If your cousin is the rightful owner of the phone and his Apple ID was associated with the device, he will be able to remove the activation lock. See link:
