Will an iPhone 13 purchased in India work as well with carriers in USA?

I recently bought an iPhone 13 from India and I plan to move to the US in a few months.

The iPhone 13 I bought is an A2633 With the following band specifications:

The iPhone 13 sold in the US generally has the following band specifications:

I can see that the Indian variant of the iPhone I own does not have the following bands that the US variant does have:

5G NR mmWave (Bands n258, n260, n261)

FDD-LTE (11,14,21,29,71)

CDMA EV-DO Rev. A (800, 1900 MHz)

Will this result in a reduction in quality-of-service/compatibility with respect to cellular connectivity in the US, when compared to the quality-of-service/compatibility I experience in India?

I don't care much about 5G, but will I be able to use the 4G/4G-LTE services that US carriers have to offer to the fullest of their specifications?

If I ever end up wanting to use 5G in the future, Should I be worried about it?
