Iphone 11 storage snd iCloud

Please help. I thought I stored my photos in iCloud and pay for extra storage. However my phone still shows that my iPhone storage is full and I have offloaded almost all apps, which is inconvenient. My ICloud is not even close to full.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

iCloud storage:

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.
