i dropped my phone now the home button isn't working how can I get the touch id to work or the home button to work Everything else works

There is no magic that can make broken hardware work again.
You can turn on assistive touch in settings, but that'a a band-aid. Eventually, you will have to get it fixed.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and get it repaired.

Yes, lots of people have dropped their iPhones and broken them. If the damage makes them unusable, they get them serviced.
