The title of your post refers to sync of your Galaxy Note 9 - yet the body of your post makes reference to synchronising iPod and iPhone.


Your iPad, iPhone and iPod can be easily synchronised by ensuring that all three are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID - and services that you wish to synchronise are enabled:

Setting > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud - enable services as required


Synchronising your Android tablet, with an entirely different Operating System, is not natively possible.
