Horrible service on iphone 13 pro

I have never had issues with my service providers reception but upon upgrading both me and my wife to iphone 13 pro. Reception is terrible to the point of barely being able to use phone. Upon researching through this community this problem spans across different carrier providers and there are pages upon pages of the same issue. What is being done to resolve this and no it is not a carrier issue
