I checked in applications folder and I don't have Xcode installed but recall trying to install it in the past for some reason that I don't remember (very dangerous I know). However I'm still getting annoying automatic for 13.3/13.4 command line tool SW updates. Request a method to uninstall Xcode and/or eliminate the automatic updates.

I think you can
xcode-select -p
and then delete that directory
