they 0 key of macbook presses itself continously

hello everyone so i have had this macbook air m1 2020 for a year now and its really annoying sometimes they 0 key continuously presses itself again and again and i have tried many hardware solutions to fix this thing but nothing is supposed to work i have tried blowing under the keys to remove dust particles but its not helpful at all and if it starts it would last for at least a day and its very annoying someone please tell me a solution to this without going to the apple store i wanna fix this does anyone have any info about this my keyboard is butterfly keyboard please help me
