Are you currently an Apple Music subscriber? You can check if that's active in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Also, try tapping on the Library tab at the bottom to see if you get a similar alert, or note if you can access that successfully.

The error message you are seeing may be related to the 'no SIM' message in the status bar. Try the steps from If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support to help get this sorted.
If the same continues, contact Apple Support. You can reach out from Get Support or using the direct phone number for your region from Contact Apple for support and service.

To clarify, we were asking if you are able to test this issue using a different Wi-Fi network? We ask because this will help us to isolate this issue further and determine the cause.
Also, are you able to test this using a cellular network instead of Wi-Fi?

Yes I am connected to the same wifi network it was working fine on iOS 15.1 but caused this problem in iOS 15.5.
