if I change my country/ region my paid app will loose or not ?

I want to change the region in my Mac book pro ,but I have some paid apps.

It will carry forward to where I change the region ,I'm not getting it

If I change my old region to the new region, I won’t change it back to the old region? I want to change region to Mexico in order to download unavailable apps in the American AppStore but I’m not sure how is changing the region going to affect my account. if I change region, I won’t change it back? it’s like in google play store: if I change region from United States to Mexico, I won’t change it back for the next 365 days. Region change I need to download an app in a different region, Germany. Can I change regions, download the app, and change my region back without having to set up a new Apple ID account?

You won't lose the copies on the computer, but may not be able to redownload them from the new country's App Store.
