my daugher has been using her phone using my Apple ID but now she can have her own Apple ID , how do I de-link her phone from my Apple ID? I don’t get log off option from her phone for my Apple ID?

Then ask your daughter to “move in” to her like-new (software wise) iPhone using her Apple ID.

Then set up Family Sharing to,share apps and media, if that’s desired.
