I am trying to sign in to the app store for the first time and I keep getting a message saying this is the first time you've logged in please review and then I login again and it just takes me back to the app home page with the message to review and around and around but I haven't had an opportunity to review anything. Please help!

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review -> review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.
Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.
