Notes on iPhone: What can/can’t we do?

Hi all. From your iPhone, is there anyway to change the font type and/or color please?

I’ve seen this answered before with this reply:

In Notes.app Format>Fonts menu item, choose show Colors, highlight the text you want to change, then set the color.

However there is no “Format” option in Notes.

So, is there a way to change fonts, colors, format etc. from Notes on an iPhone please?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
