2018 MacBook Air keeps crashing with Monterey 12.4

I just recent updated my late 2018 MacBook Air to Monterey 12.4. Ever since then, my laptop will randomly crash and shut itself down. Whenever I to restart, it’ll load after I log in and crash again. I have to wait a couple of hours of not using it before I’m in the clear, then eventually it'll happen again. I already tried booting up in safe mode and redownloading Monterey and it seemed to work for a bit, but now it’s happening again.

Anyone else experiencing this?

The final word from Apple on Managing the " Other/ System Data “ Category

Other / System Data: Contains files that don’t fall into the categories listed here. This category primarily includes files and data used by the system, such as log files, caches, VM files, and other runtime system resources. Also included are temporary files, fonts, app support files, and plug-ins. You can't manage the contents of this category.
