Unknown email hacking

I received a message saying that an email which I do not know could track or see the activities on my phone. I forgot to screenshot the message but once I clicked onto it the apple support website came out. Is my phone being hacked or something?

I understand that you received a text message about a possible malicious email. A link was provided for you to click and that led to the Apple Support website.

That text message was a scam message to get you to click on the link and have you enter your Apple ID and Password which the sender of the text can capture. More than likely the Apple Support page that you were led was a fake site.

You were not being hacked but rather were being phished for your Apple credentials. If you entered your Apple ID and Password after clicking on that link, then change your Apple ID password by opening Settings 👉 Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Password & Security ➡️ Change Password. If you did not enter your Apple ID and Password on that link then you have nothing to worry about.
