Numbers for bookkeeping

has anyone come up/developed a bookkeeping template for numbers? Preferably run on iOS and the Mac OS

What kind of bookkeeping? Are you just tracking expenses? Then you might be able to adapt the built-in Personal Budget template to your needs. File > New and choose the template.


If you're looking for a full bookkeeping package, with a chart of accounts, and double-entry accounting, etc., then Numbers is not the right tool. Better to use Quickbooks or Sage or another app specially designed for that purpose.
