Apple,

I hope you are doing well-


I would like to inform you that,someone has stolen my iphone the last location was dubai.and find my phone has been turning it off my stolen person.

You do not report a lost or stolen iPhone to Apple. You can report the incident to your carrier so that they can blacklist it.

Furthermore, you can review this guide published by Apple 👉 If your iPhone has been lost or stolen.
