Long winded question guys,

I work with both OS on iMac and Windows for the best of both worlds and other users , i require to upgrade to the Microsoft application for my work such as Excel, Outlook etc but the Microsoft application can not upgrade as me iMac has the latest upgrade i can get according to Apple technicians.

I currently have a 2011 High Sierra 10.13.6 and require the latests 10.15 so my question is how do you upgrade your iMac to the latest version .

Any suggestions please

The Apple technicians are correct. A 2011 iMac can't be upgraded past High Sierra.

Thanks Niel,

So much for modern technology then, if they cant upgrade past High Sierra, does that mean Apple forcing customers to trade in and upgrade to a less robust computer? 2011 and still going , its technology that is holding up progress.

I guess i will have to revert back to my trusted HP laptop then.
