I cannot access Notes through icloud.com

When I try to access Notes through icloud.com I am unable to see my notes.

I'm have an icloud+ account, and i have over a TB of available storage
I have icloud turned on for notes
I'm trying to access Notes on a PC using Chrome and/or Edge
I've tried turning Notes off in icloud.com for hours and then re-enabling - nothing
When I log into my windows icloud.com app it says "You can access Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders at iCloud.com". It doesn't say notes
periodically I get an error, and send it to Apple always, I won't post the content of that error because it is filled with personal information.

Looking for help with this.

Hi Dan Bradley,

Ensure the notes you are trying to view are connected to your iCloud account as seen in Use Notes on iCloud.com:

You can only use Notes on iCloud.com to work with notes stored in iCloud, not the notes in other accounts you may have, such as a Yahoo or Google account.

Also, ensure your system meets the requirements for iCloud System requirements for iCloud.

Thanks for the response.

I can confirm that I am using iCloud notes, and that my version of Chrome is up to date. It does not work for me on my Mac using safari either. Though the native Notes app does work.
