Why can't I play Farm Story on my iPad 8th generation?

It it only happens using that app, I suggest that you contact their support team and ask them.

I have tried to contact them & get nothing. How can I contact them? I hate having to play on the older iPad because it has a cracked screen. I still can use it though. Can't afford to have it fixed.
