My Apple TV app keeps crashing on the Xbox any help out there for this issue

If you've already checked for an app update, you may want to consider resetting the Apple TV app to see if that clears it up. Keep in mind that resetting the Apple TV app requires you to sign in with your Apple ID again, so be sure you have your login information. Just before resetting, confirm that the Wi-Fi network is connected and working well to see if this could be happening due to a disruption in the connection.

1. In the Apple TV app, navigate to Settings.
2. Go to Reset, then select Reset. Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV.
