Apple TV app on xbox

My Apple TV app keeps crashing on the Xbox any help out there for this issue

If you've already checked for an app update, you may want to consider resetting the Apple TV app to see if that clears it up. Keep in mind that resetting the Apple TV app requires you to sign in with your Apple ID again, so be sure you have your login information. Just before resetting, confirm that the Wi-Fi network is connected and working well to see if this could be happening due to a disruption in the connection.


If an update isn't available and you've ruled out your network being related, check out the steps below to reset the Apple TV app. You can also locate this information here, if you'd prefer: Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support


1. In the Apple TV app TV app, navigate to Settings.

2. Go to Reset, then select Reset. 
Resetting the Apple TV app restores it to original settings and removes your personal information, TV shows, and movies from the smart TV.


If that isn't helpful, you may consider contacting Xbox Support and Apple Support directly to look into this with you in more detail.
