Reset MacBook Air but then nothing happened. Now it is dark and says to go to support.apple.com. Just a dark screen and a big question mark directing me here.

Reset MacBook Air, everything went dark and it restarted but then nothing else happened. Now it is dark and says to go to support.apple.com. Just a dark screen and a big question mark directing me here.
