HomePod not connecting to internet

I have tried everything to

get the HomePod to connect. It doesn’t show in the home app either

You mentioned the HomePod isn't appearing in the Home app. If you unplug the HomePod for a few minutes and plug back in, does it appear in the Home app? This can often times help with the HomePod responding.


If the HomePod appears in the Home app after those steps, try restarting. Restarting can help resolve these types of issues with the HomePod not connecting to the internet. Here's how to complete these steps:


Open the Home app on the primary user's iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, press and hold HomePod. On Mac, double-click HomePod. Scroll down and tap or click Reset HomePod, then select Restart HomePod.
