I recently got my beats flex and cannot get them to pair with any device. Reset function won't work either. Please help

My beats flex will not pair to any device. My iPhone is up to date and I've tried multiple times to sync them, but it will not pair. I've tried to pair to my PC as well and they still won't pair.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Your Beats Flex may be having hardware issues. Contact support to schedule an appointment to get your Beats fixed.
