Why did I not get the AMBER ALERT

The police sent out an Amber Alwrt it came across my husband android phone my LG TV but absolutely nothing on my iPhone! ??? Can someone anyone explain why and how to enable the feature perhaps!?!

Settings > Notifications. Scroll to the bottom and make sure AMBER Alerts is on. There are also two other government alerts you can toggle on or off.
