I just purchased a 2TB SN750 WD_BLACK nmve ssd that I mounted on a USB 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD enclosure from ACASIS. Read speed ok, but I am getting slow write speeds (1100MB/sec). I have a macbook pro with M1 pro... Is there a fix to this?

How is it connected? USB-A (commonly just USB) or USB-C?
"A" will generally be slower than "C." But what is the rated MAX speed of the drive? My external SSDs get pretty near their max at 1050 mbps using a USB-C cable, USB-A is in the 560 mbps range..
You will very likely never get the absolutely MAX speed advertised; you can come close though.

It is connected to thunderbolt port of the M1Pro macbook pro using a thunderbolt 3 cable.
