iTunes Apps location

Where is Apps located on iTunes? I cannot find a Media folder either. Using an HHP laptop running Windows 10. Thanks.

1. iTunes 12.7 and newer won't show applications.

2. To locate the library database on your computer, search for items with the itl extension; applications which are present have the ipa one.
