Apple provides the development tools so that the vendor of the .net products can keep them up to date with new releases of macOS — if they choose too. Check on the vendor site to determine if newer versions exists, or if there is commentary about why they don't work on macOS 12.4. It is the vendor's responsibility, not Apple's to make these tools work on new releases of macOS.


Apple also removed the Python 2.7.18 distribution starting with macOS 12.3.1, and though I would not expect it to be used in the .net products, its absence has broken Python 2.7.18 dependencies in applications.
