I upgraded my OS to Monterey 12.3.1 and now I'm having trouble with my Final Cut Pro X video editing software. Is this an issue with Monterey 12.3.1? So far I haven't seen this problem listed as one of the known issues.

As a small addition to what Tom said: make sure that FCP has “Full Disk Access” in System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Privacy.
Please give details of the computer, complete specs. What kind of card is it, and what are the exact specs of the media? How are you trying to import? With the import window or something else?
What trouble are you having? What are you doing and what happens when you do it?
When I try to import media into FCP sometimes the software doesn't recognize that a memory card is in the slot. Sometimes it does see the memory card but there is no media available to select and import.
