Since downloading 12.4 I am unable to access many web sites I use on a regular basis such as online banking, NHS patient access ect , what is going on> I can access all of the web sites on my iPhone? Did the update mess with Safari?

Do the following in this order in Safari preferences, privacy:
Uncheck "hide IP address from trackers"
and if that does not work then uncheck "prevent cross tracking"

I unchecked "hide IP address from trackers" and I am now able to use the web sites required. Thank you. Will this compromise my security?
Zero issues here running Monterey 12.4 with Safari Version 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8) on Mac Mini M1 Apple Silicon.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and comprising the Operating System
Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions
This will include CleanMyMac , This will include BitDefender ,
This will included Norton Antivirus , Sophos Av Software
Intego AntiVirus, McAfee, MacKeeper, Avast AntiVirus
The The Built in Security is all that is required.
Not an issue if used at your known web sites but if left off all the time they can track where and what you do on the web. You may even get more junk mail but to be honest I never had that feature years ago and now I do and see little difference.

Personal Preferences, but like to keep my IP address as protected as naturally possible ( using the Features Apple Supplies )
Disabling IP address tracking is NOT an acceptable solution. I never had trouble loading certain web pages in Safari until I updated to Monterey 12.4. It is also not a problem on Google Chrome. Apple should provide a fix for this issue. Until then, I guess I will be switching to Chrome.
