Taking unauthorised payment

Hey is anyone else have issues with Apple taking two separate £9.99 bills for Apple Music?

I’ve called up and they’ve not been very helpful telling me it’s a glitch in the system and it’s not actually taking two payments. However I cancelled it fully because I can’t be bothered with it anymore, however I still get one of the £9.99 coming out
