do deeper scratches on glass back affect iphone SE2020 's functionality?

Hello, I've just bought a refurbished iphone SE2020 and it has a deep-ishscratch on the back. I don't mind living with the scratch, i paid for a phone with "good" not "nearly new" wear and tear, but I want to be sure that a deeper scratch wont affect the phone's functionality, or spread to a point where it will then cause problems. Ive photographed the scratch but can't see a way to attach to this thread but it runs from bottom RHS/ non lense side of phone, across to the rubbish bin symbol. Would be great to hear any thoughts and experiences others have had?
