Sign out of an inactive Apple Id on MacBook Pro

I created an apple id to use on my company provided Macbook Pro, then discovered the company I work for already has a company account for me.

The Mac the company provided me was not logged in using any apple id's. Therefore I went to apple and created my own Apple id. After discovering the company had one setup for me, I tried to sign out of the one I created, but cannot. The apple id I created is telling me "This Apple ID is inactive" and I can't sign out to use my company provided Apple ID. Every where I go, based on apple support pages, I get the same result, "This Apple ID is inactive".

All I want to do is sign out of the apple id I created.
