Hi Edeh_OC,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with the amount your were charged by Apple. We'd like to help.

While we see the differences in pricing between your two screenshots, there is usually a combination of purchases included in the total on the second screenshot. Let's have you check that out to see if you can identify why this happened: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

How to see what you were charged for

1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.

If you continue to have questions about this, it would be best to Contact Apple Support for further assistance with this issue.

Hope that helps!

ope that helps

Thanks for trying those steps and getting back to us, Edeh_OC. It’s appreciated. We’d also like to alert you that we’ve requested the screenshots you’ve shared be removed since it contains personal information that’s available to the public.

Since you’re unable to determine if more than one charged was groups on the bill, you’ll need to contact Apple Support. Since you live where Apple Support isn’t available, you’ll need to give them a call: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support Choose the country nearest you in order to do so.

We wish you all the best.
