Need help connecting to Wi-Fi somewhere other than my home Wi-Fi
When I go somewhere to use my MacBook on a different Wi-Fi network it will not connect, I’ve done the the diagnosis steps and still can’t get it to work
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

That's just you trying to open a website. Says nothing about what wi-fi network you are or are not connected to.
Have you clicked the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar,and selected a Wi-Fi network from there?
What happens when you do that?
You can follow the steps here: link-> Connect your Mac to the internet using Wi-Fi - Apple Support

If its a protected network, do you have the password for it?
If it's a open network, does it require a login on a website?
