Playlist on iPhone

I had a playlist on my old phone (my favorites) that had some songs that were downloaded from CDs. Now, with my new phone, and with an Apple Music subscription, I cannot put that playlist on my phone for some reason. The error message says this is because it is in my iCloud music library.
