Payment method information disappearing

Hello,

since a while I can't download apps because I get the message 'Payment Not Completed', even though I completed it, removed it, inserted it again, updated it, and restarted the phone, etc.

It seems the CVV code disappears just after entering it and clicking 'done'.

Anyone knows why it is getting rid of information by itself?
