I want to be able to use my new laptop to purchase and load music, how to I Authorize. I also want to continue using my old laptop to load music. Can I and How?

You can have up to 5 computers authorized at the same time. To authorize, see instructions in Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
