Bluetooth problem on iPhone 13

Hello,

i started using my new iPhone 13 and I unfortunately discovered that it’s impossible to link it on Bluetooth with others devises

my iPhone is on iOS 15.5

any help please ?

N.B. I have the same problem with iPad Air 5th generation
