Any fixes besides turning phone on and off? did not work. I have deleted emails. I have deleted the mailboxes and reinstalled. Any suggestions would be greatly aPpreciated! Its only happening on my IPad Pro.

Do you currently have Private relay enabled?
Turn iCloud Private Relay completely on or off for iPad
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay.
Note: You need to turn on iCloud Private Relay on each device where you want to use it.
If so, let's try turning it off and testing. More details can be found here: Turn on iCloud Private Relay on iPad
If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Does this happen with all your accounts? When did you first notice this? Which iPadOS version are you currently using? Also, does this happen on multiple networks?
