My Apple Watch has an apple on the screen that won’t go away

My Apple Watch has an apple on the screen that won’t go away. I have tried resetting it hard resetting it recharging it holding the two pins down forever and it won’t go back to working These are the only things I can get on my Apple Watch

If you still need help, Contact Apple Support to set up a mail-in repair if your Apple Watch continues to show a red exclamation point.
